The thin and lightweight ZII series offers more control for a smaller hand. With its offset shape, smaller finger holes and removable finger rest, the ZII is about precision cutting. The ZII also offers a convex shape blade for a slightly softer, smoother cut. The supreme stainless alloy is of a regular composition and contains about 5% Nickel.
